1. No Refunds on Custom Work

All orders are custom-made based on the artwork and instructions provided by the customer. Therefore, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once work has begun or files have been delivered.

2. Revision Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work and offer unlimited free revisions until you are completely satisfied with the final result. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving your design files.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The order was duplicated and paid for twice by mistake
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error
  • We are unable to deliver your order within the agreed turnaround time and you choose to cancel before work begins

5. File Issues

If you experience issues with the delivered file (e.g., compatibility with your embroidery machine), we will promptly revise and resend the file as needed. We do not offer refunds due to machine settings or hoop/frame compatibility.
